Acceptable use policy
This English version is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancies, the German version prevails.
MASPro may only be used lawfully, securely and within the agreed scope.
Not permitted
- Unsolicited advertising, messages or tracking without the required legal basis and information to recipients.
- Unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory or threatening content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
- Malware, spying, circumvention of access controls, security testing without authorisation, or concealing the origin of activity.
- Excessive automated load, resale of access, scraping, or use contrary to third-party terms.
- Uncontrolled transmission of sensitive data to optional AI, messaging or analytics providers.
Customer obligations
Customers manage permissions, review templates and automations before activating them, document consent, observe withdrawals and provider rules, and report misuse or compromised accounts without delay.
Measures
In the event of a breach we may restrict the affected function or account proportionately, preserve necessary evidence and inform the authorities where legally required. Where possible, we give an opportunity to remedy the issue.
